Private Care Team

A Private care team within a direct primary care (DPC) practice is a designated group of healthcare professionals responsible for delivering comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered care to an individual or household. Rather than interacting with a rotating staff or fragmented system, patients receive consistent medical support from the same dedicated team.

Each team consists of a provider, nurse, care coordinator, therapists, community advocates and office manager.  It has always been said "it takes a village" , however here at Jenova Medical, it takes a well trained team.
