About Our Team
Jenova Medical is locally owned and operated in Lake Country, WI.

Lead Provider and Owner
Jennifer McLeod, APNP
My passion for senior care began while working as a home care and hospice manager and serving my community in EMS rescue and as a firefighter. Through those experiences, I saw firsthand the challenges many seniors face and how difficult it can be to access consistent, comprehensive healthcare. I also witnessed how important it is for our seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes for as long as possible. These experiences inspired me to bridge functional and Western medicine, allowing patients to benefit from both root-cause focused care and traditional medical expertise. With Jenova Medical, my goal is to provide seniors with accessible primary care, strong healthcare advocacy, and proactive support that helps them thrive in their communities and remain at home longer. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors.

Clinical Manager
Aleese Beeler, BSN
With nine years of dedicated experience as a nurse in the operating room, I have developed a strong foundation in patient care, precision, and teamwork in high-pressure environments. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of every patient entrusted to my care. As my family grew, I made the meaningful transition into at-home healthcare. This shift has allowed me to provide more personalized, one-on-one care, particularly for the elderly population—a group I feel deeply passionate about supporting with dignity and compassion as they age. Caring for patients in their homes has strengthened my belief in the importance of connection and individualized care. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and exploring outdoors.

Director and Patient Care Coordinator
Jenna Erickson
As a graduate of Ripon College with a background in chemistry and biology, I have built a strong foundation in both scientific understanding and compassionate care. Over the past four years, I have gained experience as a caregiver, developing a deep appreciation for patient-centered support, along with additional experience as a clinical research assistant, which strengthened my attention to detail and organizational skills. I am passionate about helping others and value the meaningful connections formed through providing thoughtful, reliable care. These experiences have shaped my commitment to supporting individuals with patience and compassion in their daily lives. In my free time, I enjoy reading and playing golf.
